Product Naming

Amazon asked us to create a product name for the first of its kind, screen-based smart speaker.

The first Echo device was a speaker with a microphone that allowed consumers to interact with Amazon and Alexa through speech. The success of the original product led to the development of other form factors serving the same function.

Amazon reinvented the experience by adding a screen and camera which supported loads of new, visually driven experiences. We named it Show & Tell which launched as the Amazon Echo Show.
