Platform Naming

Our team led naming for Pfizer's comprehensive digital health platform, which integrates telehealth services, prescription delivery, vaccine scheduling, and AI-powered health guidance into a single accessible hub for U.S. patients.

Pfizer brought us in to lead naming, Pentagram to lead design, and Prophet to conduct feasibility research. We invited the client, Pentagram, and Prophet teams to participate in all three rounds of name exploration. This collaborative process helped ensure the final name would resonate with diverse patient populations while reflecting Pfizer's commitment to healthcare accessibility.

The final name, PfizerForAll™, communicates the platform's mission to democratize healthcare access and emphasizes Pfizer's dedication to serving all patients regardless of their healthcare complexity or geographic location.
