Brand Architecture

We’re working with one of the world’s largest aggregators of pet care related services, NVA. Originally started in California as a modest number of general veterinary practices, the company has grown to hundreds of practices and related pet care services across North America and APAC.

They reached out to us to use where they’ve been, where they are, and where they’re going to organize the brands currently in their portfolio and identify the need for any new names to support their future business strategy. In addition to modifying some of their existing lines of business and regional brand names, we rebuilt their portfolio and external brand architecture to tell a story about where they’re going.
